Just a rough experience

I didn’t have a great time here. The staff seemed really uninterested and directed me poorly. My room’s TV didn’t work, and the bathroom was not truly handicap accessible, which was frustrating. The plugs in the room were also super loose. The area felt sketchy, and I struggled to find a different place last minute.

Tastefully decorated and brand-new rooms, thank you for very very good stay!!!

The hotel's stuff are competent.

The location was perfect, across train station and the interior design was nice. I had the deluxe king room which was a nice size and silent with chairs & good lighting...

I had a comfortable and nicely decorated room with a cozy bed, a fridge, coffee/tea amenities, and a desk for just $80.

Enjoyed my time in this perfectly clean low-budget hotel. The setting was exceptionally nice. The staff were attentive people in the breakfast area along with the maid service. Happy to find Azteca Mexican Restaurant nearby, served nice food.

The hotel was pretty good value for the money though not in a great location. The room was large and very clean. Very good Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

This place provides quiet accommodation in a wonderful setting near NC for a class in immunization certification, with nearby stores and restaurants.

I chose this hotel because it was so close to the Woodlawn Lynx Station as I was not renting a car while in Charlotte. Locality was fine. Few good restaurants/steakhouses etc close by and fast food as well. Hotel was clean, room was spacious and clean. No problems with bathroom. Wifi worked. Breakfast selection was as good as could be expected for a continental breakfast. Staff were friendly. Shuttle bus drivers very pleasant.

'Supervisor' on duty at front desk the day I checked was obviously not familiar with booking made on this website and could not understand that I had in fact paid for first night at time of booking. He insisted that the full amount would be taken from my card! I emailed the hotel afterwards and as it happens it appears that I was charged correctly regardless of being given wrong information at the time.
